Workplace management
We set up and maintain everything your team works with: from desk and monitor to a ready-to-use laptop with all your software already installed. As if you had an in-house IT person.
What is workplace management?
Put simply: we take care of everything an employee needs to do their job — and keep it running. From the desk right down to the laptop, the software and the accounts. A new colleague sits down, opens the laptop and gets straight to work.
- The complete workplace: desk, chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse — usually connected via USB-C, making every desk a flex desk: dock your laptop with a single cable and start working.
- Ready-to-use computers: laptops or mini PCs that we fully configure in advance. Nothing to install, nothing to sign in to: all the applications your business uses are already on there and cloud services are already connected.
- Support afterwards: if an employee runs into anything, we are ready to help — remotely and on site.
What you get
- Office suite: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Synology NAS or equivalent — including backup.
- Monitoring and security: top-tier remote monitoring and patch management via Atera, antivirus via Bitdefender.
- Password management: a password manager for the whole team, shared securely.
- Awareness: campaigns and training that make staff digitally resilient.
- Service: always reachable, help both remotely and on site.
Proactive instead of firefighting
Thanks to monitoring, we often spot problems before you do: outdated software, full disks, suspicious activity. That way we fix things before work grinds to a halt.

Our approach: proactive, centralised and layered security
Proactive monitoring
Via Atera we keep a continuous eye on workplaces: updates, disk space, suspicious activity. We often see problems before you do — and fix them before work stalls.
Central management
Patch management, software rollout and settings are handled centrally and remotely. Every workplace therefore always meets the same security standard.
Layered security
Antivirus, encryption, password management and awareness reinforce each other. If one layer fails, the next one is ready.
